This website reflects
the editor's personal and professional interest in antique hearing
instruments, over a span approaching four decades. Full acknowledgment is
given to the brilliant, pioneering work of the late Max Goldstein, M.D.,
Central Institute for the Deaf, St. Louis, MO and the dedicated
self-application of the late Kenneth Berger, Ph.D. founder of the Kent State
University Hearing Aid Museum, Kent, OH. The core of images presented here
are from the editor's personal collection, supplemented by contributions,
with permission and attribution, from other collectors, dealers and resources
in- and out-of-print.
